Shipping currency: Costs for international shipping are calculated in Qatar Riyal (QR) and are based on estimated shipment weight of products ordered, and customer chosen destination. All orders are shipped in a single package.
How long before I receive my package? Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can exceed the expected delivery date as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping address, customs clearance procedures, or any other causes beyond the control of In-Q. Please contact DHL Express using your unique tracking number received at the time of order for delivery estimate and tracking.
I have not received my order: Please contact us no later than 3 months from the date of order if the package did not arrive as expected. Please note that any requests received after 3 months may not be accepted.
Taxes and returns: All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties remain the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package, and it is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please ensure the customer contact details provided for the order is correct to enable DHL and/or its agent in your country to contact you in case of any customs clearance issues.
Shipping terms: By placing an order at inq-online.com, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees, and the cost of return shipping back to inq-online.com. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery. All international sales are final, with no returns or exchanges.

Qatar Post (QPost) will offer a delivery service to our customers. Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. You can track your order by logging in via this link http://www.qatarpost.qa/QTrack.aspx

Place your order online and select the option to collect your parcel for FREE at the Mathaf.
We will send you an email notification when your items are ready for collection. When you arrive in the shop please go to the main desk to pick up your order.
IMPORTANT! What to bring when collecting your items:
- Your order confirmation “Ready for Collection” email
- Your valid Qatari ID or passport
Someone Collecting on Your Behalf
If you would like someone else to collect the order on your behalf, they must bring the “Ready for Collection” email along with their own ID and an original letter from you giving them authority to collect the items on your behalf with a copy of your ID enclosed.
Store Collection Timings
You can collect your parcel at the shop during the following times once you receive a “Ready for Collection” email.
Saturday – Thursday 11.00am – 5.00pm
Friday 2.00pm – 5.00pm
Collect within 7 Days
We will keep your order for 7 days from the date of the “Ready for Collection” email. After this period the items will be returned to our warehouse and you will be issued a refund via your original method of payment
