There’s no better design to spice things up than putting one of the most iconic works of 20th century art on its cover – the Balloon Dog, by Jeff Koons.
The original piece was produced as a huge sculpture in five different colour versions: blue, magenta, orange, red and yellow. It was made from mirror-polished stainless steel and finished with transparent colour coating. The artist, who is interested in cultural subject matter with widespread appeal, has focused on the celebration of life with his opus of balloon animal sculptures, with an instantly recognisable theme of a balloon dog, which often accompanies children’s birthday parties.
