Jeff Koons: Lost in America showcases over 60 of the artist's most iconic sculptures and paintings, along with some of his latest productions. Edited by curator Massimiliano Gioni, the book takes readers on a unique journey through Koons’ career, with each series of works introduced by the artist’s own words reflecting on his life and inspirations, ranging from his childhood in Pennsylvania to his fascination with American popular culture. Published to accompany the major exhibition in Doha in November 2021, the catalogue includes an in-depth interview with Jeff Koons by the curator, and essays by the well known art critic Dodie Kazanjian and Qatari-American writer and artist Sophia Al-Maria.
