FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ Art Water Bottle - Mounir Fatmi (Morocco)

Celebrate sports, art and culture, and embrace sustainability with FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ art water bottle, designed by Moroccan artist Mounir Fatmi. Influenced by the idea of dead media and the collapse of the industrial and consumerist society, he develops a conception of the status of the artwork located somewhere between Archive and Archeology. The artwork Wrigley is inspired by the "zellige", a traditional Moroccan mosaic, that are reflected on water. The work is also inspired by the commitment that Qatar has made to avoid all plastic bottles and waste of water during the football event.
