General returns policy

At IN-Q we strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction. We hope our customers are pleased with their purchase. 

General Return (Non-Faulty Items)

Login into My Account to initiate a return within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order to exchange for another item (same value or higher) or a refund.
Returns / exchanges will only be processed if the returned or exchanged items are returned in their original box / packaging with all IN-Q tags intact and in a saleable condition and unused.  Items not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer without refund / exchange. The returned parcel must be accompanied by the original packing list with the returned items highlighted, with an indication of the reason for return and signed by the customer.

Please note: We cannot accept exchanges and/or returns from a custom-made print, since they are made according to your specifications. 

 

Faulty return

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the goods upon receiving the parcel to ensure the items are in good condition.  Should the items not be in good condition the customer must initiate a return by logging into My Account within 3 days of receipt of their parcel.

 

Return of Framed prints/Canvas/prints only

All refunds will be made excluding the original delivery charges applied when placing the order.

  • Contact us with your order number, and the reason for your return
  •  As soon as we receive your request, we'll send step-by-step instructions on how to return your order
  • As soon as we receive your request, we'll send step-by-step instructions on how to return your order
  • Repack the item in the original packaging it came in and enclose the returns form with it – please note the item(s) must be in the original condition you received it in
  • Once we receive your returned order, we'll replace it or refund it, including any shipping costs
  • We process all refunds within 30 days

Returns policy: what you need to know

  1. We recommend you keep proof of postage for any returned item(s) as we cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one
  2. If you are a business customer our '30 day guarantee' does not apply. Our business order guarantee only covers faulty workmanship or damage whilst in transit
  3. We cannot refund shipping costs for orders delivered outside the UK (unless the product is faulty or damaged)
  4. We cannot offer goods in exchange for the ones that you return, only replacements.
