When will my order arrive?

You will see predicted despatch times on each product page and the expected despatch date for your order on the checkout page. If your order contains multiple items, the item with the longest lead-time will determine this despatch date. Please note that the 'ships within' period refers to the number of days before we expect your order to leave our UK warehouse.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

All of our products are shipped from the UK, and shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of your order.

How will you ship my order?

All framed and canvas prints are shipped with our delivery service as standard and cost is based on the size, weight and shipping destination.
Due to postal service limitations, oversized unframed prints (where the shortest dimension of the package is more than 84cm – this correlates to the shortest side of your print) are sent by our Express service. You will always see the shipping cost when you checkout.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

No, unfortunately we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Will my order be subject to VAT?

No, VAT does not apply, since all products are ordered from Qatar, and shipped from the UK.
