Desert Rose Sculpture - Bronze 12 cm

The Desert Rose is a natural cluster formed out of gypsum or baryte and sand grains. These formations are found at large in the sandy deserts of Qatar and the Gulf. Its beauty lies in its multiple petals that reflect the light and grow in different directions, making each desert rose a unique piece. The architecture of the National Museum of Qatar is fully inspired by the marvelouse natural clusters of the Desert Rose.
