A beautiful tray that depicts a part of the illustration "The Wrestling Master is Challenged by His Pupil", wherein the king and other nobles witness the contest. The original painting was done by Mahmud Muzahhib in the 16th century, who transferred the artistic style of the Timurids of Herat to the Bukhara royal court in today’s Uzbekistan. Original artwork is part of Museum of Islamic Art's “Fashioning an Empire: Textiles from Safavid Iran" Exhibition.
