Enameled blue tin. Mal Lawal means ‘from the old days’ and relates to a 2012 Qatar Museums exhibition. The collection features artefacts and quirky trinkets. The flower design is inspired by the floral patterns seen on Khaleeji women’s jaleybya dresses. Jalabeyas are adorned with a variety of multi-coloured and metallic floral prints.
