Shaima Al-Tamimi and Bayan Dahdah "Bread" Tote Bag

A tote bag inspired by the design created by Shaima Al Tamimi and Bayan Dahdah. The design focuses on the textural elements of the bread - a common everyday object we are all familiar with - presenting it in a new light.

Shaima Al Tamimi is a Yemeni-Kenyan photographer and filmmaker. She was commissioned Morsel Of Life (Logmet Al ‘Aish) / لقمة العيش, featured in the preview exhibition of Art Mill Museum 2030; Qatar’s future modern and contemporary art museum.

Bayan Dahdah is a Palestinian multi-disciplinary artist, interested in fusing different mediums to effectively tell stories. She completed her BA in Architecture at the University of Kent, and her MA in Interior and Spatial Design at the University of the Arts, London.
